My advice to someone who just won the lottery is to get 1 million at the end of each year for 20 years instead of 10 million now because over time you'll have more money. Its better to wait and be patient so you can have more money and not blow it in one place.

Its not easy at all to keep people satisfied when it comes to funding and cutting. I got into debt alot and they got mad when i borrowed money when i played the game.
